Leads Smart provides automated SEO analysis tools designed to identify potential improvements for websites. Reports and recommendations are generated automatically based on available data.

No Guarantee of Results

SEO performance depends on many external factors including search engine algorithms and competition. Leads Smart does not guarantee improvements in search rankings, traffic or revenue.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any website submitted for analysis is owned by you or that you have permission to analyse it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including:

• Attempting to overload or disrupt the platform
• Using automated systems to abuse scanning limits
• Using the service for illegal or harmful activities

Payments & Subscriptions

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Subscription pricing and billing terms will be displayed before purchase.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

Limitation of Liability

Leads Smart is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for losses resulting from the use of our platform or reliance on SEO reports generated by the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
