Digital Products

Leads Smart provides digital SEO analysis reports and tools. Due to the digital nature of these products, purchases are generally non-refundable once a report has been generated or accessed.

Subscriptions

Subscription payments grant access to premium features during the billing period. Cancelling a subscription will stop future charges but does not retroactively refund previous payments.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service, please contact support. We will review the issue and may offer a refund or service credit at our discretion.
